Delivery times vary depending on the country of destination.
If there are no setbacks, orders leave our offices within 24 working hours of being placed. You will receive an email with a tracking code so you will know where your order is at all times.

Delivery times may change depending on unforeseen circumstances on the part of the carriers. We guarantee that we will do our best to ensure that your order arrives as soon as possible.
Product prices are in Euros, including rates applied to our country. Any fees applied to customs for countries outside the EU are not included and will be borne by the customer.
Countries outside EU:
All customs fees will be borne by the customer. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate the fees payable for each order, this value can be provided by customs in each country.
Jemma Studio cannot be held responsible for any delays or extra costs charged by customs.
Estimated delivery time may vary depending on delays in payment processing, delivery or stock. All our delivery services are made by CTT EXPRESSO to mainland Portugal and the islands, Spain. Fedex Priority for International deliveries within and outside the EU. We cannot deliver by local post office.
Once orders leave our Studio, we are not responsible for any incidents. We do not return orders that are lost in transit by carriers, that are stolen or that are given as delivered.
Before placing your order, please ensure that your address is correct and secure. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Orders marked as an incorrect address will be returned to the sender, to be resent will be subject to an extra charge.
We are not responsible for orders that are lost in transit, but we will do our best to help you. We are not responsible for orders that are given as delivered by the carriers.
Your returned items must arrive at our studio within 14 days after you receive them. We do not offer free returns.
You may receive a refund of your purchase price before shipping costs once the item has been returned in its original condition. We don't accept exchanges.
The item need to be in their original conditions. If we prove the items were already worn, we will not accept them. The items will be sent again to the customer.
We are not responsible for returned items lost in the mail or customs, so please collect your tracking Information.
For returns, please follow this steps:
- Send an email for firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, product reference to return and reason.
- Make sure that the jewelry is packed in their original packaging.
- Wait for our answer before any shipping to our Studio.
After we receive the items, allow 1-7 business days for refund, without shipping costs.
